Common Topics
- Subscriptions: Fit2AI Pro is billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refund requests: Apple handles App Store refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID to request a refund or report a purchase problem. Apple Support also explains the refund flow at support.apple.com/en-us/118223.
- Restore purchases: Open Fit2AI Settings, sign in with Apple, then tap Restore Purchases.
- COROS connection: Sign in with Apple first, then connect one COROS account from Settings.
- Sign out: Open Fit2AI Settings and use Sign Out. This keeps the backend account but clears local workout, FIT parsing, draft share text, chat, and AI usage caches from the device.
- Account deletion: Open Fit2AI Settings and use Delete Account. The delete confirmation offers subscription management before destructive deletion. Deletion attempts to revoke the stored Sign in with Apple credential, removes Fit2AI backend account data, and clears local app caches, but does not cancel your Apple subscription.
- AI limits: Free users receive 5 total AI interactions. Fit2AI Pro users receive 50 AI interactions per UTC day.
